Alternativa Aktiemarknaden har trots påtryckningar från Alligator Bioscience beslutat att ännu inte upphöra med noteringen på Alternativas handelsplats för onoterade aktier. Alligator vill därför åter klargöra att beslutet att inleda handel med Alligator Biosciences aktier skett utan någon som helst medverkan från bolagets sida. Alligator har uppmärksammat Finansinspektionen på den uppkomna situationen.

Alternativa aktiemarknaden har i januari 2010 beslutat inleda handel med Alligator Bioscience ABs aktier. Detta har skett utan Alligators medverkan och i strid med bolagets vilja. Alligator har bett Alternativa aktiemarknaden att upphöra med noteringen av bolagets aktier

Inflammation Injury

Reperfusion injury is a serious complication after e.g. myocardial infarction treated with balloon dilatation. Alligator Bioscience has created a drug candidate, ADC-1004, that is assumed to protect against this reperfusion injury.
