Alligator BioScience has built a strong portfolio of granted patents and pending patent applications in Europe, the US, Japan and other important commercial markets to protect our proprietary technologies and drug candidates.
Our FIND® technology platform is protected worldwide by several patent filing families (directed to the original FIND® method and to subsequent improvements/refinements). Granted patents include US 6,958,213, US 7,282,334, EP 1 341 909 B, EP 1 504 098 B and US 7,262,012.
Alligator drug candidates ADC-1001 and ADC-1004 are also the subject of extensive patent filing families (including WO 2008/132485, US 7,388,078 B and WO 2007/122400).
We are diligent in protecting all our intellectual property rights and actively monitor our research programs to identify new patenting opportunities as they arise.
